In my participation of any Girlz on Edge activity or event:
* I agree not to sue any person affiliated with the Girlz on Edge organization for any reason associated with any Girlz on Edge event or activity. * I understand that alpine skiing can be a dangerous activity. * I understand that I am ultimately responsible for myself during any event or activity with Girlz on Edge, including being prepared in all aspects for such events or activities. * I understand that this document is a release and waiver of all claims or rights to file a lawsuit or otherwise recover damages from anyone associated with the Girlz on Edge organization. * I understand and assume ALL risks inherent to the activities I participate in with the Girlz on Edge organization. * I understand that photos taken or written comments given while participating in Girlz on Edge events may be used for promotional purposes. * I have been given time to consider whether or not to sign this release and to review it with my own counsel and have either done so or voluntarily decided not to do so.
